The insert and album artwork were designed by John Dyer Baizley, a painter and musician notable for his album cover and t-shirt art for bands including Kylesa, Darkest Hour, Daughters, Vitamin X, Flight of the Conchords and his own band, Baroness for which he is the singer and rhythm guitarist.

The artwork was converted to metal plates and hand printed with Heidelberg Presses on archival-quality museum board at Aardvark Letterpress in Los Angeles, CA.
